AI-Diagnostics-Pro is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with this service.
We do not require user accounts. To generate a paid diagnostic report, we process the information you enter into the diagnostic form, including vehicle details, mileage, and fault codes.
Paid report session data, including vehicle details and fault code data, is stored in Google Cloud Storage so you can reopen your purchased report link and retrieve the report. Report access expires 12 hours after purchase. Stored session data is then scheduled for automatic deletion through our storage lifecycle controls, which may complete within roughly 24 hours. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data may also be processed automatically for security, fraud prevention, and performance.
If you contact us through the support form, we process the name, email address, issue type, optional payment or report reference, and the message you submit so we can receive and respond to your request by email.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details. Stripe may collect personal and payment information according to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
