We collect vehicle information (year, make, model, engine, fault code) that you provide when requesting a diagnostic report. We collect payment information via Stripe — we do not store card details directly. We collect anonymous usage analytics via Umami Analytics (cookieless, GDPR-compliant) and Google Analytics.
Vehicle data is used solely to generate your diagnostic report. It is not retained after your session ends and is not shared with third parties. Payment data is processed by Stripe under their privacy policy. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the service.
We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use this site. No personal data is sold or shared. You can decline cookies via our cookie banner. Umami Analytics operates without cookies by default.
