The service uses Google Gemini AI to generate diagnostic reports. By using this service, you acknowledge that responses are AI-generated and not produced by a qualified automotive engineer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service and make purchases. By using the service, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. This service is intended for use within the United Kingdom, though it is accessible internationally.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

While we aim to provide accurate and helpful diagnostic information, we make no warranty that:

6. Payments and Pricing

A one-time payment of £1.59 (including VAT where applicable) is required to generate a full diagnostic report. This payment is processed securely by Stripe. AI-Diagnostics-Pro does not store your payment card details.

Before checkout is completed, customers must expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital diagnostic report and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, they lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Refund Policy

This service delivers digital content instantly upon payment. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you waive your right to cancel the contract under the 14-day cooling-off period once the report has been generated.

We offer goodwill refunds requested within 24 hours of purchase. This includes situations where you were charged but did not receive a report due to a technical failure, were charged more than once for the same report, or the service failed to deliver meaningful content.

To request a refund, please use our support page within 24 hours of your purchase, including your payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Diagnostic reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from this service without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this service
• Resell or redistribute diagnostic reports for commercial gain
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious inputs to the diagnostic tool
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

• Umami Analytics — used for consent-based usage analytics and basic event measurement. It is only loaded after you accept analytics through the cookie banner.
• Google Analytics — used for consent-based usage analytics and event measurement. It is loaded through Google’s gtag.js library from googletagmanager.com only after you accept analytics through the cookie banner.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-Diagnostics-Pro shall not be liable for any:
